Starting in January 2020, our retail machines no longer ship with dial modems. Much like when the rotary phone left the market, the dial modem, which is found in all of our ATMs today, has become obsolete and underused.

After many studies and examining the market, we have determined that this piece of “antique tech” is no longer needed in our machines. As industry leaders in innovation, we are always looking for the best ways to improve our customer’s experience. Not only will removing the dial modem push our technology into the future, but wired and wireless TCP/IP is faster and more secure.

What Does This Mean For You?

While the dial modem will no longer be standard equipment for our machines, you will still be able to purchase the part should you have a need for the dial modem.

Price of Modem: $30.00

Part Number: S7590000026
